Overview of the ordering process.
 
Online:  Shop safely and securely online with Bramble and Potter and Paypal (you do not need a paypal account to order online).
 
Email:  Email the online order form to us at orders@brambleandpotter.com
 
How to pay
 
Card:  We accept all major credit cards online via paypal.
 
Delivery
 
Details of the process of despatch.
 
 
We aim to despatch your packages the same day if possible.  If the order is made on a Bank Holiday or a weekend, the packages will be despatched the next working day.  We use Royal Mail First Class Post, but can send gifts by special delivery if required.  Deliveries are made during working hours and may require a signature.  If you know that you will be out, please provide an alternative address for delivery.
 
Standard Delivery
 
This costs £2.95 per order.  In stock items are despatched the next day - please allow 3-5 working days for goods to arrive.
 
Express Delivery
 
This costs £8.95 and is available for UK telephone orders only, for orders received before 1pm, delivery will be the next working day.  For those orders received after 1pm, delivery will be within two working days.
 
Bespoke Items
 
Please note that bespoke items may not be available within the standard delivery time and may take up to 14 working days.  When ordering items, please read the expected delivery time from the designer.  We will of course provide you with an expected delivery date as soon as this has been received from the designer.
 
Stock availability
 
Sadly, we cannot guarantee we will have all items in stock all the time.  Many of the items are made by hand and therefore slight delays may occur.  If an item is out of stock we will advise you when we have more stock coming in.  If you can wait we will place your order on back order and send the goods to you when they arrive.
 
Returns
 
Should you have a problem with the goods you have received, please telephone us or email customerservice@brambleandpotter.com and we will try our very best to solve your problem.
 
Please return the item in its original condition and original packaging.  Furthermore, please complete the returns form that we sent to you in the original parcel.  We do like to know the reasons for the return so that we can improve our service in future.  Please also advise whether you would like an exchange or refund.
 
We recommend sending returns via recorded delivery and keeping proof of postage.  Return items are sent at your own expense initially (we will then refund the cost of the postage to you).
 
We will then contact you in writing to confim that we have received the returned item(s).  You will then receive your refund credit, or cheque or exchange order (when in stock).
 
Unfortunately, if you are returning a present we have to refund the person who paid for it.  If you wish to exchange the present, this information needs to go to them too.
